How does the real-time uptime monitor work?
The uptime monitor pings your WordPress site every 60 seconds to ensure your website is working and accessible to customers.
If your website does go down for any reason, the uptime monitor will contact you immediately via email, text message or Slack notification.
How often do you update WordPress core, themes & plugins?
Updates are done daily, weekly or monthly depending on the risk of new bugs interrupting your website’s uptime vs the need to patch security vulnerabilities.
Before major updates are performed, a restore point is created allowing your website to be rolled back to its previous working state in the event an update does create problems.
How long are backups kept for?
Backups are done incrementally and are stored for up to 90 days.
